Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a seamless return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Include original packaging and all tags.
  • Oversized items (e.g., furniture, sculptures) are subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns due to a change of mind.

Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • Late requests may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact support@aescraft.com within 15 days of receipt.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, photographic evidence of the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Notify us within 48 hours for damages, defects, or incorrect items.
  • Photographic evidence is required to process claims promptly.

Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items by the customer.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Any item without original packaging or tags.

Exchanges

  • Items must be returned and approved before a new order can be placed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after inspection to your original payment method.
  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Photographic Proof

  • For missing or damaged components, clear photographic evidence is required.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • AesCraft covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • International customers are always responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items returned in non-resalable condition.
  • Orders abandoned due to customs fees or duties unpaid.

Oversized or Fragile Items

  • Oversized products may take longer to inspect and process.
  • Please note oversized items incur a 20% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
