Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging and tags must be included.
- Oversized items (e.g., furniture, sculptures) returned due to a change of mind will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspecting the returned item.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take a few business days, but timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Photographic Proof: For returns due to missing or defective components, clear photographic evidence is required.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@aescraft.space within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Provide proof of purchase and any required photographic evidence of damage or defects.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Non-Refundable Situations
We regret that refunds cannot be issued for:
- Items returned in a non-resalable condition (e.g., damaged, used, or altered).
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Orders abandoned due to unpaid customs fees or duties.
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect address input.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if there’s been a mix-up, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photographs to help us address the issue quickly.
Shipping Costs for Refunds
- AeScraft covers return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- International customers are always responsible for shipping costs for refunds.
