  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging and tags must be included.
  • Oversized items (e.g., furniture, sculptures) returned due to a change of mind will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspecting the returned item.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take a few business days, but timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Photographic Proof: For returns due to missing or defective components, clear photographic evidence is required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@aescraft.space within 15 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and any required photographic evidence of damage or defects.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Non-Refundable Situations

We regret that refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Items returned in a non-resalable condition (e.g., damaged, used, or altered).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Orders abandoned due to unpaid customs fees or duties.
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address input.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if there’s been a mix-up, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photographs to help us address the issue quickly.

Shipping Costs for Refunds

  • AeScraft covers return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International customers are always responsible for shipping costs for refunds.
