Shipping Rates

United States:

Orders below $50: Shipping fee of $5.95
Orders $50 and above: Free standard shipping

International:

Orders below $50: Shipping fee of $8.95
Orders $50 and above: Free standard shipping

Oversized items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be clearly outlined at checkout.

Processing Time: 1-5 business days for all orders.
Standard Delivery:
- United States: 7-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Other countries: 7-14 business days
Oversized Items Delivery:
- United States: 3-4 weeks
- United Kingdom: 4-8 weeks
- Canada: 4-6 weeks

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees. These are mandatory government charges and are not collected by AesCraft. Ensure to check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. AesCraft will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items: Return shipping costs are covered by AesCraft.
Other Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. AesCraft is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. For corrections, contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes after shipment may incur additional charges.

Oversized and Handcrafted Items

Oversized furniture and handcrafted items are custom-made and may take 3-8 weeks for delivery.
A 20% restocking fee applies for returns due to change of mind.
